Our mission is built on the belief that compassion must extend beyond the handing over just providing supplies to those suffering homelessness. True care is rooted in knowing, in understanding, and in the courage to walk alongside someone through the fragile seasons of their life. We reject the distant charity model that keeps giver and receiver in separate worlds. Instead we choose immersion, empathy, and shared humanity. All of our staff is working every single second in all their actions, thoughts, and goals to change the world through unconditional love.

Reuniting Families Separated

Helping homeless families stay together means providing shelter, resources, and comfort so parents and children aren’t separated due to poverty or housing loss. This gives them a chance to rebuild their lives with dignity and safety. We see all those we interact with as HPS family.

Always on Duty to Provide Care

Our staff live each moment as an extension of the missiont, every second is seen as a chance to create miracles, and they move through the world with hearts tuned to protect, educate, equipt, and share with each homeless person a sense of light that has been lost from their difficulties.

Protecting the New Generation

The impact we have on homeless youth allows for their development into adulthood to avoid destructive paths and choose a brighter future. Showing them career options, paths that don’t end up in conflict with the law, and planting the seeds in their mind about how to be genuine individuals.
